Looks like I’ve got my pulse on request schedules now.
Gatchaman Vol. 1: All of the good action, anticipation, and execution of characterization gets bogged down by excessive narrations and redundant dialogue. 7/10
Space Ghost #8: Finally getting a chance to see the title character at his darkest hour. Readers can feel the weight of that loss and how what kept the title character going won’t be enough. Especially when hints of the past say something bigger is coming. 9/10
Mugshots: A crime drama in the same league as Parker. Handles all too human characters dealing with their legacies in simple evocative art. Every bit of comfort and nostalgia put in contrast to increasing risks and suspense to moves made. 9/10
