Yet another week.
Long Cold Winter #4: Spectacular way to end this trek. Action to start the momentum, consequences to keep the ball rolling, and a fitting resolution. 8.5/10
Kill Train #3: When I’m hearing Maniac playing in my head, I know this is good. There’s a growing intensity that leaves me clued in to the progressing plot. Because the climax feels like the peak of a mental breakdown. 9/10
Murder Kingdom #4: Ends like it began, interesting, satisfying, yet a bit strange. Points for relevancy and commentary though. 8/10
Vanishing Point #1 Screams: Now I’m a fan of cosmic horror so I’m a bit biased. But it’s great to feel the effects and implications of doing work in outer space. And ways of evoking feelings through presentation is… actually goes without saying. 10/10
String #5 and full trade: This last issue is more than satisfying. The characterizations feel so full and thought out, including the consequences that people have to carry. 9/10 Overall a very memorable title to enjoy. 9.5
