No Trades, Those Were Made Early

• The Hexiles #2: Finally got the motor running and way more character to the cast. But impact is dependent on last issue. 7/10

• Dick Tracy #6: A few noir cliches is a messy start after a massive payoff from last arc. But the presentation and reflective antagonist more than make up for it. 8.5/10

• The Last Wardens #5: A bit adrift but gives enough character and arc resolutions. Gives the losses more ground and makes the infuriating title characters a humbling. 8/10

• Defenders of the Earth #4: Big character arc payoffs come with a big epic plot where you feel the stakes getting more and more intense. 9/10
